Mortgages in France

Mortgages in France have different criteria to those possible in different countries. A French mortgage provider is inflexible on the documentation required when applying for a credit or euro mortgage.

A french mortgage provider will always need proof that the applicant has income of at least 3 times that of any loans leaving their accounts including the new credit or euro mortgage.
