French Property Mortgage Provider

Mortgages in France have different criteria to those possible in different countries. A French Property mortgage provider is inflexible on the documentation required when applying for a French mortgage.

A French Property mortgage provider will always need proof that the applicant has income of at least 3 times that of any loans leaving their accounts, including the new French mortgage.
