French Property Financing
French property
financing is possible for EU and US nationals within
guidelines set by the banks offering French property
financing.
In order to purchase a French property the individual
will need to have a personal down payment of a minimum
of 20% as French banks do not normally offer
French property
financing on more than 80% of the value of
the property excluding the notaires fees. A higher
down payment will be required in some cases.
